ADVERTISING SERVICES Purchased from All Things Musical:
All sales final, no refunds.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR DOWNLOADS Purchased from All Things Musical: All sales final. No refunds.
For Advertising Services and Digital Products: We do handle concerns on a case by case basis. If the situation warrants, we will provide additional advertising or digital services or exchanges at no charge.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS Purchased from All Things Musical:
For refund, the product must be returned in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt to ALL THINGS MUSICAL office (see address below).
Purchaser pays shipping charges for return. Refund, minus original shipping charge, will be made immediately upon receipt of the product at ALL THINGS MUSICAL office. If a credit card was used for purchase, a credit will be made to that same card for purchase price minus shipping/handling charges. If check payment was made, a check will be issued and mailed to the purchaser.

AllThingsMusical.com (ATMO) and MusicBusinessOwner.com (MBO) MEMBERSHIP FEES Cancellation & Refund Policy:
ATMO Memberships are currently free for music educators & teachers and require sign-up or registration to access all content.
MBO Memberships: For the MBO Annual Membership fee, no MBO refunds are available.
This is due to the time and effort in creating your "customized web page" when you purchased your membership. Your "web page" will appear online in our "Music Education Yellow Pages" for 1 year as it was created at your request. At the end of your year's membership, you may choose to renew or membership simply expires. If you do not renew, your "custom web page" is removed.
