Massachusetts High School Reinstates Music Program

Students at Bridgewater-Raynham High School in Massachusetts are enjoying a resurgence in their band program after a few years when the school was too broke to even participate in its own marching competition. The program was finally restored to the school budget during the 2010-2011 school year and officials say it's growing all the time. The school says that it's not just the budge that's helped – they cite a taxpayer approval of the program, but also donations of instruments from local businesses and countless hours of volunteering from local residents.
